Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Adeline will not refund or pay for shipping on returns and exchanges.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

After 30 days, only damaged or defective items will be accepted. If an item is returned because it is damaged or defective, Adeline Street will refund the cost of shipping, and reship at no additional charge

Intimate apparel cannot be returned unless there is an obvious factory defect.

For all returns include a copy of the original invoice, order number, and contact name, email, and / or phone number. Also, please note clearly the reason for return and if you would like a refund or exchange for a different item or size.
